We regret to inform you that we cannot guarantee or provide replacements for any plants that may perish after the point of sale. It is important to note that a 15% service fee will be applied to any returns of plant purchases.
For online orders of gift items, Ponderosa Cactus will forward you an email confirmation containing your tracking number. If you fail to receive this email, kindly reach out to us, and we’ll gladly supply you with the relevant information. If your order is shipped via UPS, it can be tracked on the UPS website or by directly contacting UPS. For orders shipped through USPS, tracking can be done on their website.
We typically dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days. We request that you anticipate up to 10 business days for orders being delivered within the continental United States. For international orders, the delivery could extend up to 20 business days or more.
